Think of the attack occurring as they move away, not after. The move happens during and after combat.

<>No Drafting, create an Army from General
faction( OGScape). In SMASH, point cost is standardized into 50,70,90,120 & 190 and
you agree upon the number and type
of point cost categories to use when building your Army.
<>No pre-placement of Order Markers but rules for their placement as each player alternates taking a turn. OM rules prevent
a single Army Card from taking multiple turns
early in the game but in the “Endgame” if you have a single Army Card it can take all 3 turns. Some Special Powers can place the “X” OM which causes a loss of turn if a numbered
OM is placed on that Army Card.
<>No Glyphs but a series of Advantages that you try to gain while trying to keep your opponent from gaining them.
<>”Height advantage” changes:
Elevated Terrain: A figure’s base that is 4
or more levels higher than the base of the target gains +1 Attack die.
High Ground: Adjacent Attacker whose base is higher gains +1 Attack die.
(if a Dragon is standing next to a high cliff, you could run up to the edge of the cliff and attack, gaining +2 Attack dice! :) )
There are a few other minor changes but
the above are the major changes.

Saying "I'm a game collector but I don't do Kickstarter" is almost an oxymoron. Prices of exclusive items will probably be higher later.

Good point, thinking about it I have to disagree with the the OP. Personally I've found this game very easy to collect, I just backed/pre-ordered everything when it first became available.

As Pete posted elsewhere, the two of us seem to recall something about this sort of stuff happening a year ago, when Iron Maiden, The Boys, and The Supernaturals were all being prepped to be shipped. it sounded like at the time that CMON requested labels for the customers scheduled for the shipments prior to the products arriving at the fulfillment centers, then the fulfillment centers simply addressed the boxes and shipped them with different newly created labels specifically for those boxes as they were being handed over to the carrier.

Of course, I am also old and could be misremembering all of the above. Note: The third sign of aging is forgetting things. Do you know what the first two signs are? No? Well, don't feel bad, I can't remember them either.

If glass moves you into mud, how does this affect your remaining movement points?

The desert glass costs you 1 to enter and normally deposits you in another hex for free. If you end up in mud, it'll absorb a second movement point. Basically, you treat the desert glass and the hex it slides you into as a single hex, whose cost is the latter hex's.

I get it but that just seems very fiddly and not intuitive. Like I understand the ruling. But to have the which get it in their caldron but Shakespeare doesn’t get it to his line just feels weird. Etc.

to be fair it would be worse if it did get in line, what if its the card with last syllables? then you would just lose the whole effect because the end of turn? better to just lose a card and still have the line available to finish

Well that’s exactly why I asked this question to begin with. We had a player playing Shakespeare who would have finished their line giving them 2 more actions but the turn ended. So they played it as though they finished the line but didn’t get the bonus and discarded the whole line and was really pissed lol. So now I know to tell them it’s not as bad lol

We have another printing already underway. It should be available later this year. Not sure the exact date yet.

I knew I would forget something…
Water!
You do not have to stop on water spaces,
you just pay a Move penalty in addition to
spending Move to land on the space.
Moving from Land to Water: none
Moving from Water to Water that is
adjacent to Land: pay 1 Move to enter.
Deep Water(not adjacent to Land): pay 1
Move to enter, pay 1 Move to exit.

I could do that, but I guess I would just prefer to have as close to an "authentic" deck as I can haha

They will be available to buy.
Currently they are out of stock on the maker’s website but more will come, along with the reprinting.
It won’t get more authentic than that and you will be supporting the hobby by buying components and ensuring money and income gets back to the developers.
In the meantime, continue to use dice perhaps, so that you can continue to play and are not missing out on anything.

Unfortunately the German Engineering cards were not and will not be available for purchase on the website as they are exclusive to the Maximum Chrome edition.
