Zane that's exactly the reason I started this thread... for the folks out there who don't know how surprisingly easy it is to make the minis look that much better. Those pre-shaded minis from companies tend to be quite expensive IMO, but people are still readily paying & clamoring for the option because of what a big difference it makes. Particularly for those that have extremely limited playtime and can't swing the extra time to do something similar. And pre-shading is nothing fancy, they're just using machinery to do this same process. Meanwhile, you can do it yourself with more control over colors, for cheap!

Jeff thanks for sharing your Zombie Doom - that's such a perfect example of what even a single color can look like. That process sounds like it's overall really quick, and quite cheap given you only used two colors. This really rings true for me because I also painted Zombie Doom. I love how it looks, but the difference for me? Multiple hours of work and many colors used in comparison X)

So I'm just saying, if yours can look THAT good with like, 1/10th of the time invested... that's exactly why I started this to encourage folks!
