I drank a small glass of each Tomintoul 12y, Ac Cnoc 12y and Bowmore Legend at my (semi-) regular whisky evening with friends yesterday, and I'm thinking of him now.
Does that count? Otherwise I'd probably drink an Oban 14y now. ;)
This will count, how was the Bowmore Legend? Never heard about. I have only a shot left in my 17y old bottle, now I got an offer from my Whiskey store of a 18y old Bowmore, for around 65 Euros, do you think I should order...
That'd be this one.
I personally don't drink smoky whiskys that much, I'd say it was ok to drink, but nothing I'd drink again.
The owner of the whisky store I linked seems to think you should buy the 18y Bowmore, it's got a golden star.
Yes Arne, that is the same store I got the notice, last monthly flyer with the 18y Bowmore, I didn't knew this is the replacement of the 17y old.
I'm traveling a lot, business wise, so normaly I take my Whisky from the road... (or air)! :D
Think I will order from them for christmas.
