This seams to be a widespread issue. Try playing the game and see if it actually affects anything. So far, it doesn’t appear to.↧

It's once per action, not once per turn.
The only "once per turn" limitations on any quarantine actions is the Quarantine Specialist's special remote quarantine action. That is restricted to once per turn.

An insert or a new box? I tried getting just the pirate ship stuff in the base box along with the other stuff and it just wouldn't fit. nless the insert is planned with a significant amount of float.

My main boards seemed fine (I didn't check out my cutlass Expansion yet. )↧

Unless the insert is a bag of holding ala D&D I don't see how it will work. Floating the lid will actually be worse for the box long term that way.

My viper pass board is warped to the point it stands about 1/4" off the table in one corner, but seems to have no effect on game play at all.↧

I would be willing to pay for one... the box this came with is awful and likely will not hold up over time.
As Mike said, Broken Token has said they'll be doing an insert. Just wait for that -- it'll be the best box reinforcement possible.
It will be fascinating to see how Broken Token makes an insert for this game.

Two questions with this card:1. If you start with it, can you use it before moving off of the Helo-coptor?
2. Can you take all three honey pots with it?

So if the heart is a treasure then the injury card that states you have to discard down to seven treasures means the heart counts as a treasure in that seven? What happens to the discarded treasure? Do they go into the maw?↧

This legitimately made me laugh 😃
Are nonglutinous grains one of the opposing families? Perhaps Quinoa and Amaranth McBuckwheat?

Ember marble can’t be knocked off the map as specified the rules. But what about the boulder? It doesn’t say specifically just that you can only push it like the ember marble. Any idea?↧

Yes (you lucky bastard).

You do not lose a treasure to the Maw if you knock the boulder off the island. Only ember marbles.

Do you just use the individual small tiles that are not part of the planks? Or do you break into the planks? Rulebook is not clear at all about what tiles are supposed to be used in the first game besides the three clearly labelled as starting tiles↧

I was going to say, feel for the dimples, mine's the same way. The printed symbol is there, but you have to feel for the dimples since they're slightly off.↧

Use the tiles that are in the punch boards along with the character cards/starting tiles/etc (the house is going to be very very small at the beginning) and the Legacy Deck will tell you when to punch out tiles from the tile planks as you progress.
