[o]When you locate a haven, you should receive instructions on what you have to do to count as "accessing" it.
[o]Specifically, the map sticker with the lost haven on it should say something like "when you move to this haven, access it and open XXX"[/o][/o]
Regarding the original question, my thought would be that
[o]you "access" the haven every time you move to it, not just the first time, and so if you move to a non-starting haven at any point during your game in March, you fulfill that objective (and then destroy it at the end of that game).
But if you don't like that interpretation of "access", then I would agree with most posters that the objective would stick around until you access a different haven.[/o]
