Nothing specific normally ends your turn.
What happens is you gradually get restricted on what other actions you can do, that you end up not having anything left to do except end your turn.
Most of it is "not doing the same thing again".
You can explore a new room with an icon once on your turn, so once you do that
no more moving (about teh only one which is a little strange).
You can attack once on a turn. So once you attack , no more attacking.
You can interact with an item once on your turn. So once you pick up, exchange, or drop an item. No more of that.
You can use each item once on your turn, so once you roll the dice on an item, no more doing that.
You can attempt a roll once on your turn. So once you roll for something, you can't roll for it and try again (e.g. vault, closet)
Unless the books specify it ends your turn, I'd suggest that the ritual can be done once a turn, but shouldn't preclude you from doing a myriad of other legal moves on your turn.
