Commenting on the "thicker card stock" and any arguments for not needing to sleeve your cards..... if you play with them enough, regardless of how thick the card is, the surface will begin looking worn and dull. I've seen hundreds of examples. More importantly, I'm worried about spills or food getting on the cards. This is why I recommend sleeving your cards. However, YMMV and surprisingly, some people don't give a **** what their cards look like :gasp!: :)
I'm more worried about having food and drink on the gaming table :shake:
