Spoilers For Cairo Recon And Box 6
[o]How thick the infection deck is has zero bearing on how quickly the hollow men gather cards come up as you shuffle them into the "intensify" step stack.
i.e.
If you have 8 hollow men gather cards and you get your first epidemic on turn 3, the top of the stack will contain.
8 Hollow Men Gather
9 From the original set up
4 Cards from the previous 2 turns
1 Card from the bottom (or box 6)
Having an infection deck of 100 or 20 makes no difference to these numbers.[/o]
