Final score 900.We built a permanent supply centers in London, Cairo, Kolkata, and Jakarta - because that let us build supply centers in a different game than we needed to do the recons, so we made a habit of building supply centers a game before we wanted to do the recon from somewhere, if we could. We also ended up with a permanent supply center in San Francisco (for travel) and Johannesburg (built in the first half of December).
So in general our permanent supply centers were just in places where we would need a supply center in future games. Conveniently, that led to them being pretty spread out and good for travel.
We had just one permanent satellite tower (Jakarta) and one permanent shelter (Utopia), also made permanent after the first half of December when we knew what we needed to do to win in the second half.
