It finally happened, in the most epic of fashion as well. The second large packages was opened up this game, and all hell broke loose.Mutant Northern Europe: Luke

Luke decided that he was not going to go quietly into the night this game, and had a plan setup in order to dominate. Being set into the Baron Wastes of Europe, he had the advantage with the mutants. The goal, solidify Europe and N. America for region bonuses, cards for turning in troops, and all the islands, as the bridge mission was up.
Stephen started playing ref right away trying to keep Mike and Josh at bay. Josh had already captured all of Australia while Mike was looking to go East for North America. Eric keep his eyes not only on South America but also Africa.
As the game wore on, things started to get tense, as a lot of the events were going the way of the mutant faction. After claiming much of Asia, and a little bargaining Luke was well on his way to achieving his goal.
The big battles started to happen, as everyone started to set their eyes on Luke to keep him from victory. Then it happened, With the bonuses from population, and trading in resources, Luke placed 35 troops onto the board, forcing opening a package.
[o]The package lead to the rise of Alien Island, which bubbled out into the India Ocean. Connections were made from the Island to Eastern Australia and Argentina, making it so S. America and Australia were much harder to hold. Also, a large potion of Alien troops came out aiding to Luke's conquest of most of the board.

In the end, Luke had captured all islands, got a red star from holding all the bio-hazards, and taking the win capturing both Mike and Stephens HQ. All in one round, which ended the game. It was glorious, and Europe was named the barons wastes at the end.
Only two more packs need to be opened. The World Capital and Do Not Open... Ever. Which all have agreed to open it at some point.
