This probably won't work for you unless you already own it, but I have the soundtracks to both Demon's Souls and Dark Souls (video games) that I got for free with the games. They both make excellent soundtracks for spooky games. Forbidden Siren also has a great horror soundtrack, although some tracks are culturally inappropriate for this game (feature Japanese chanting).
