Well, turn bidding is a bit awkward IMO. I've played with it and it isn't bad... it's just... not great either. I'd rather buy commanders and command cards. :p

I've actually found land/sea/space command cards to be a pretty good source of extra troops. Lots of those give you +3 troops.

Certain mistakes you really HAVE to give people a redo on.... forgetting to place troops is something that you really can't skip.... Forgetting to spend energy to buy stuff? Maybe.... maybe not. Depends on how badly they're behind.

I'm not particularly cutthroat when gaming. I play to win, but exploiting stuff like that to win isn't my idea of a good game.
