So we had two major rules mistakes that we eventually caught. Perhaps we had more, but we only know about two.For a couple months early on (February and March, maybe?), we overlooked the fact that curing 3 diseases was a required objective, and instead completed other objectives and called the game finished. This was an advantage, but I think a fairly mild one.
However, after the Faded appear, we made a big mistake that we only caught after October. The rules say to put faded figures on cities drawn from the player deck with the COdA color. We were putting faded figures on any card that matched a faded city, not just color. This didn't make a big difference at first, but once COdA made inroads into other colors, this amped up the difficulty.
What rules did you get wrong?
