Hi Metapone, I didn't know you ventured outside of the Eldritch Horror forums 😉As for your question: most expansions will probably not help, since they introduce more variables (individual playerpowers, more difference in tiles and hazards, different vehicles with their own rules) and thus more tedium to chain everything correctly. I say most because I can't speak for Carnival of Chaos, haven't played that yet.
Though I will say that playing the base a bunch might help the most :-)
