I recently sorted the tiles into four bags according to box. Unless I made a mistake, this should be how they are distributed:

C:DMD Core (Season 1) - tiles 1-17.
Season 2 (Be aware season 2 episodes also use tiles from Season 1) - tiles 18-25.
Fear of the Unknown Core (Season 3) - tiles 26-41.
Season 4 - tiles 42-58.
