I’m happy for the success of this campaign but I will also admit the price point pushed me from an excited backer to skipping the campaign all together. I think the embargo on sharing price and details before the campaign worked against my expectations. When I saw the price of $80 I immediately compared to the $60 original Adventure and then it needed to be explained why the price was higher.
With a lot of great games hitting campaigns this month I just could not rationalize the price to value for my type of play style and how often I will play this. Good luck and I hope one day to maybe pick up at retail.
