When I get 3 wins in a game with only 1 opponent missile remaining, definitely picking the Enclave of the Bear vs. a certain someone's major city, and crossing my fingers that they don't roll a natural 6.
Apparently, the rules actually allow the defender to roll only 1 dice, which seems broken for the Enclave of the Bear's ability (even if Bear gets their 1 in 216 chance of victory, 1 in 36 + missile, or 1 in 6 + 2 missiles, the defending dice can negate it with 1 missile).
