Hello all,I've a Rules question:
At the Mop Up step of every player's turn (page 13 of the rulebook), do the "mopped up" agents return to the supply?
I'm asking because the action "Neutralize Agent" (page 11 of the rulebook) specifically says of the neutralized agent: "return it to the supply". Because the same is *not* said in the Mop Up step, my understanding of the rules is that neutralize and mop up work differently (justifying different wording), and that mopped up agents are, contrary to neutralized ones, removed entirely from the current game. Or using analogy, neutralized = dislodged by the player but available to be redeployed ; mopped up = killed by the team (and at the start of the next game, the supply is filled up by fresh recruits).
Now I've just finished my first game, and it was cut short by reaching the end of the supply (no more agents to put on the board). So I wonder if my understanding is correct as it translates to a very strong limit on the number of turns to reach the objectives.
