I have the feeling that only safe way to get the Large Cities set is to ask the shop before buying (either online or in the shop itself).Or will it be only be available to those who buy it from physical shops and not those who buy online?
The tricky is they said that early buyer would get it only "while supplies last". I am going to ask my local games shop whether they have the game with the promo set or not on the launch day (3 November) and then decide whether I get it or not.
The problem with these promos is that one can feel kind of short-changed if one buys the game early (or pre-orders it) and then does not get the promo.
