If you would die in an Otherworld, you cannot continue to explore Otherworld cards, thus you are returned to the last tile you were on before you began exploring Otherworlds cards.That same tile is where you officially died, so it is on that tile you will place a ghost sticker, if there is an available slot, and your item pile.
