Not quite. At Gen Con, it will be available for purchase at either our booth or Mondo's for $15. You can also get one by winning one of our Teach & Tourney events.
That said, I want to clarify: The Bruce Lee solo pack is not a "promo" in the traditional sense of the word. It is a limited release. It is not limited edition, so it's not numbered, and we are not artificially limiting the number of copies available. However, it will not be available in regular distribution. It will be available, after Gen Con, on Mondo's website, our website, and (keeping in mind we haven't finalized this yet) at select Alamo Drafthouse locations, and at select retailers who participate in our Blue Ribbon Retailer Program.
Short version: If you want one, you shouldn't have any trouble getting one.
