I dont have the copy infront of me but the Manditory objectives I had were "complete 3 supply centres""complete 3 new supply centres" and "recon north america." The other objectives were connect 2 new cities, perform 2 search actions, discover a new haven, and another i think
Ok. The other one then would be "complete a recon" (wording might be slightly different) if I'm recalling correctly. And you shouldn't have "recon North America" or "complete 3 supply centers" anymore, just "complete 3 new supply centers."
