Lost with 3 players by running out of action cards in the deck on our first play. Great variant.

There is a little weirdness near the endgame, where we had one player going for the heart and everyone else with nothing to do because they had completed their goals and couldn't really help with the Heart. So their turns were just burning action cards we needed. The rules don't say, but I wonder if they could get back on the helicopter to remove themselves from the game and allow the player trying to get the heart to have more turns.

In any case, we lost because we didn't have a good strategy to go for the heart. We got all our goals and then went... I guess we should go for the Heart now. But by then it was too late, and Vul-Kar claimed our souls. :sauron:
