I like it.But why not just make another water colony in the middle of Asia Pacific and US pacific? I mean... this is a nice addition to the game, but me and the guys are normaly drinking beer while playing... and after 5 beers each i fear all these new rules will cause a lot of confusion... and by confusion i mean arguing. :)
We played my "Australia expansion" last week... and it's not that bad... it just needs a bit more balancing with the extra MODs and a profesional look, not my amateur style PS drawing. Why not doing something like that? Or you can add Australia expansion to your "pacific expansion". Just a suggestion.
