Intro
I just finished a 3 player game. Last Adventurer 42 pts, Purple Girl, 42 pts and Saul 40pts.
It's my 14th game overall since Nov 16, 2018. All 4 player or 4 character solo apart from 1 team game and the last two have been 3 player games.
I played with my houserules of the Helipad side Bridge removed and Cave 3 on V-K side can't be used at all. This makes the Hert of V-K more difficult & interesting to get and the escape route for more chances to steal the HoV-K.
Highlights
Purple girl and Saul went down the Beach then behind V-K to get Treasures, Sanpshots, Honey Pots or the Idol then to the Heart of V-K.. Last Adventurer the Scar side to get the Idol went Beach or Scar to get the Viper Pass tresures.
Saul had the Jet Pack so he got the HoV-K.
I'm thinking about a houserule you get 2 or maybe 5 bonus pts for being the first to get the HoV-K. I have to test it. If that's the case it would have been a 3 way tie or Saul would have won by 3 pts.
Saul lost it to Purple Girl on the Scar side. She intentionally set herself up in a position to steal the HoV-K and it worked. she got knocked down and slid farther away form Saul so he couldn't get it back right away.
The 4th Fireball triggered the end game. Purple Girl had 3 snapshots but wasn't near the Helipad for that to trigger it. He just barely made it onto the Hell-copter.
The end game was chaotic and fun with the Hangry cards.
Scores
(42 pts) Purple Girl ended the game first to the Hello-copter with the HoV-K, Lucky Penny, Golden Idol, 2 snapshots but only 7pts treasure tokens.
(42 pts) Last Adv just barely made it to the H-C. But he collected 26 pts of treasure tokens. Lost the golden Idol to Purple Girl. Had 2 Snapshots
(40 pts) Saul leapfrogged Purple Girl to steal the HoV-K to the Helipad but she played Helipad snare to stop Saul and leapfrog him stealing it back while being the first to the H-C to also get the Penny.
It looked like Purple Girl would win. she got the Lucky Penny, a Honey Pot and stole the Heart of V-K back from Saul who she stole it from earlier.
Since it was a 3 player game there were more treasure left on the island (11) than a 4 player game which normally has (6)
Note: I would have posted this in the Sessions forum but it's not a full session. I did that on another board game and it got rejected for not being 'complete' enough structure because I wasn't posting paragraphs in recounting an entire game. So this in the General section. I wanted it seaparate from my "What Have your Scores Been?" earlier thread.
