Thread: Betrayal Legacy:: Rules:: Are Event/Omen decks and starting tiles shuffled at the beginning of the game?

So in the setup, the part where it says to shuffle these decks/tiles is labeled "free play only". This kind of implies that in the campaign game you do *not* shuffle them, but that doesn't seem to make any sense (and in the case of the tiles there's no way to sort them that I am understanding.

Apologies if this is in the legacy deck - haven't opened yet.
