Based on some very helpful advice from the folks on Heroscapers I got everything in my post above apart from the Fortress, with an extra copy of Wave 1 and Wave 11.
I was in the middle of a move by the time the order arrived and I still haven't unpacked the box out of storage while I get the new place set up.
