What then is the cards that say cure sanity? We need the rule book.
All I know is that I the demo Eric Lang said a few times that insanity goes up but never down, it's a one way street.
As insanity is used to level up this makes sense.
Preventing insanity is an important part of the game, there may be additional card effects to do this.
