There is no hidden information throughout, everything is public knowledge. However, there is a considerably larger amount of state to convey and track by the latter stages of the campaign. If Pandemic is easy enough and you play more complex games already in the same manner (for example, games around the weight of Eldritch Horror) then you'll be fine.I hope you can make it work for you!
