Per variations in the quality of scanner and the medium in which you print it, that's exactly what I've done so far (and would need some help or advice on should it come to recreating cards).
Actually, Epic Duels has held up just fine thus far with just sleeves and I'm not as worried about as SW:ED is 1. not as hard to find extra copies or parts 2. Isn't/wasn't as expensive (I got my copy for $50). Queen's Gambit I'm slightly more worried about as I'm already noticing tiny creases and I wan't to do something before it becomes more noticable.
I have a request in to Wizards of the Coast (apparently they have the licensing now, not Hasbro) so we'll see what they have to say.
