When we played, we did something similar to that as well.North America Spoilers: [o]Atlanta, for instance, has one Infection card. But we spent a Game End Upgrade to give it that Lockdown card to destroy it by discarding a city card. Because the area was completely clear, we knew that we never needed to supply it, and that it was a safe place to end a turn, provided the plague wasn't scary elsewhere. [/o]
Africa Spoilers: [o]When we made the Scientist, we did something similar. She would go to places that had 1 or 2 infection cards (especially places that were infested, so we never had to go to them in the first place). We didn't destroy the cards, but we took notes on what places were safe. [/o]
