The actual situation we were in (we're in May, spoilers for things we've seen up to that point, including various things you need to Recon/Search for):[o]Thanks to Hidden Stockpile and a certain other thing, we had no cubes in the Reserve, then did a Search that says "take X cubes from the reserve and put them in this city." That's already pretty crappy compared to other Search results, but making it a complete no-op aside from advancing the Search objective made it even more so.[/o]
