Yeah, I would advise against posting the file, unless you got explicit permission from Hasbro to do so. You could always make a post saying, "I have it if you want it" and then distribute it outside of BGG, and I think so long as you're not making money off of it, it's not illegal. But I'm not a lawyer; I just did a paper on copyright in grad school, and that was over 15 years ago.As for getting the cards in a different format, you could take your original image files and convert them into a folder at someplace like Artscow for making them into cards. Their cards are bigger than the ones that were produced for the game (they're standard Poker size), but they would still work.
