For most of mine, I just picked names that seemed to fit my chosen pictures:

Administrator: Martin St.Claire
Laborer: Javier
Radio Operator: Sonar O'Malley (cuz M*A*S*H)
Farmer: Tina Shivers
Instructor: Prof. Beaumont
