I have some Play by Forum Resources (for example, 9th minor city) that have everything from the spoiled packet. This means things like the war progresses flavor text, any rules, etc. I haven't completed the 30+ troops and a missile, and a couple of the other packets, but you might check the PbF forum to see if it has the spoiled info you are looking for.Also, Stephen Rochelle (lomn) has several blog posts ( all labeled packet discussion) that break down what is in the packets.
