This is a simple house rule that I have and it's fairly common from what I hear. Though I don't use #3.


1. The ripping of a territory card is barred as a victory prize.

Reason: There are 26 other rewards to choose from and a ton of other ways to back-stab and revenge other than ripping up a card, lets be a bit more productive and use the "cool" rewards first!

2. REWARDS NEVER STOP! (Until you run out)

Reason: Sure you can say your world will be complete at 15 games, and that you had to choose carefully, but it won't make the game any less unique if you go ahead on use all of the rewards. I mean sure you might end up with similar board content, but layout and strategy will still be widely varied. With implementation of this i would STRONGLY recommend you use #1 too, or you will end up without ANY resource cards.

3. Expand the victory list, meaning you play best out of 26 to deiced the supreme winner! (This one is completely Optional)

Reason: only to further justify rule #2. That's all.
