I doubt it. Though Rob Daviau still keeps an eye on the boards here, he has long since moved on to other projects.One thing I've thought would be really nice, but that I myself don't have time to make, is a rulebook supplement.
I know there are FAQs, but they are out of date, and numerous forum posts, but they can be hard to sift through. Along the way, many rules have been clarified. Some of these deal with ambiguous wording or unusual situations. Some simply emphasize important things already in the rules but easily overlooked when applying unlocked rules (like when to count population versus territories; the difference between knocked out and eliminated; red stars versus red star tokens).
I'd love to see these these things compiled, written out, and attached to the appropriate sections of the rulebook and its added components.
