It's not my thing, but they've been putting out customs of the highest quality for a long time, and (like the C3V, which I referenced above) have had very kind words said about them by some officially associated with Heroscape.

We've got like 500 superhero designs that have been in the works over the past 4 years. A ton of people have been having fun with them for years now. Most of the Heroclix figures are easy to find, though some may be tougher. Proxies are easy to come by too. Cards can be printed from the PDF link under each card (comic/mini) in the OP of each "Book Of" thread for each design.
Punisher is one of my favorites too :)
