I'm hardly a Heroscape expert, but the folks at Heroscape have rated all the units here:http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?t=6171
Raelin, the Deathreavers and Q9 are the only A+ units, and since Raelin and the Deathreavers have defensive abilities, the fact that they slow down the game and are very powerful doesn't lead to a healthy meta-game imho.
It says:
"Units in the C range and below really shouldn't be considered if you are mostly concerned with winning a tournament, or even many games. If you have lots of experience with them, if there's a quirky army environment or set of rules, or you just feel like it, knock yourself out."
So, the D's: Deadeye Dan, Major X17, Marro Drudge, Moriko,
Obsidian Guards, and Shiori are likely overpriced and the F's, Deathwalker 7000 and Hatamoto Taro are basically useless.
