True enough. In our game, Khan Industries, Balkania and Enclave generally get to use their power every turn, Saharan occasionally, if their supply line has been broken and we've yet to see Die Mechaniker's ability come into play, as no one has rolled double 6's with them yet, but that 1/36 possibility is sometimes enough to make people reconsider an attack.↧
