I totally disagree on that. [o]Getting a resource card without a combat the first couple of rounds has been a huge game changer on our board, and has made Imperial Balkania the most feared and hated, not to mention most winning faction in our game. At least until it brought something AND collaborated with someone, just about crippling them.[/o]
