Interesting location for a fallout zone.... It's not completely inconsequential, but it's also not a major inconvenience.I'd give it a two on a scale of 0 - 7. (0 being some place like Madagaskar or Argentina. 7 being somewhere like Greenland, Russia, or Mexico.)
