Recently my group played a game and I discovered that the winner won unfairly, basically by unintentional cheating. The details are:

[o]The player won by placing the world capital. She drew a card worth 4+ resources due to her Homeland privilege and fulfilled the mission. However, I discovered the next day that that faction actually had a tie for continent most started in, and thus no Homeland, meaning that she should not have been able to draw that card and thus not win the game.[/o]

So my question is, should we do something to 'nullify' her win? Or should we just say that "What's done can never be undone" and carry on?

I know it's up to my group what to do, but I'm curious if something like this has happened to someone else. If so, what did you do?
