If a city of a non-CoDA color has become Faded, and is then vaccinated, does that card return to taking cubes of its former color when its card is drawn from the Infection deck, or is it treated as 'Still Faded' and just takes no Faded figures?
Related, if a city of the CoDA color has become Faded, do we retrieve the cubes of that color from the box and start placing them?
