I own both editions and I have to say, the only major difference is the handbooks.
WotC updated player/traitor handbooks. If I remember correctly, some scenarios have been corrected, some few have been added. Some tables have also received updates.
Tiles were warped in my WotC copy, but they replaced them promptly.
