It's a great concept, Fabio. I think it has been done on this site in various ways in the past, but I don't know that for sure. Someone that surfs the nooks and crannies of this site help me out. What I most often see is a breakdown of genres when there are lists. For instance, if you want comparisons of zombie games, someone will create a list of just that genre of games. Likewise for historical games, but broken into conflicts. WWII Western front and Eastern front would have two different lists and would be separate from Napoleonic.
What I don't see, and what you alluded to, is a cohesion between lists. As you asked, what details should be consistent between the entries listed? A lot of those details are given in the game entries themselves (# of players, cooperative/competitive, age-level, length of play, etc), but there are other ones that are important for miniature gamers to know.
Is the ruleset generic (GASLIGHT), have a background, but can be used generically (Full Thrust), or so deeply embedded in the miniatures that you can't properly proxy the pieces (AT-43, WarMachine, etc)? Does the system have a 'build' mechanic, like SuperSystem, that allows for unique personalities (much like an RPG), or are stats pre-planned and you can't expand the game? A game's description may sometimes help, but not always.
In essence, I think a series of concise lists would be beneficial, but if it isn't pinned somewhere on this site, it'll get lost in the archives.
