We had a discussion point come up last night about the event card "if no human faction currently controls a whole continent the mutant faction gains a red star"; I had wiped out the mutant player on my turn but this was sufficiently early in the game that there were still valid start locations. Unfortunately this event came up between her troops being wiped and the start of her turn. We agreed that because of the wording "join the war" that she wasn't currently playing and was therefore ineligible for the red star but I said I'd post here to see what the hive mind says!↧
