There have been quite a few comments about the po-faced expression on that particular miniature. I've also heard that the Aragon miniature is bereft of proper eyes i.e. no irises. As much as I envy you for having both the Collector's Editions, I think I'll stick to painting my own miniatures and then if there any complaints, I've only got myself to blame.

Edit: I've just taken a look at the image that you have just uploaded. I viewed it in the largest configuration and I can only say that there is no excuse for that whatsoever. That just looks amateurish. You can actually sort this out by "cutting in" with some flesh paint. You don't need a lot of artistic skill, just a fairly steady hand. I never paint eyeballs on my 28mm figures but rather hint at them with some subtle shading as seen below:
If you view the above in the large configuration, you'll see what I mean.
