Which is precisely why I would have no objection. With no unknown outcomes (no attack rolls), this is only the difference between some player taking a lot longer (if they suck at the math, and are unable to visualize how they need to maneuver) for them to take their turn.

I accept anything that makes games go faster, that give players no advantage.
