I was googling for help on this rules question and was, I believe, already spoiled on something coming up. So instead I am posting this question to hopefully get aid.We just unlocked the "paramilitary escort" upgrade. It says it can only be applied to a military character. Can a character (the generalist, who has a medical symbol by default) with the "veteren" upgrade acquire this upgrade? The veteren upgrade has the symbol on it, but it also specifically says "you may take the military shuttle action" as if implying that's all it does. I am concerned by it not just saying "your character now has the ____ symbol/icon".
